See/Hear, a collaborative performance series incorporating music, movement, and visual projections taking place on four Thursdays at noon over the course of the spring at City Hall, launched yesterday with opening remarks by Mayor Jim Watson, City Councillor Jeff Leiper, and Debaser Director Rachel Weldon.
The performance featured music by Wellington Sanipe, visuals by Pansee Atta, and movement choreographed by Yvonne Coutts of the Ottawa Dance Directive, and performed by Myrielle Bernier-Acuna, Amanda Bon, Jacqueline Ethier, Alya Graham, Sarah Hopkin, Mary Catherine Jack, Gabrielle Rousseau, and Robin Treleaven.
There are three more events left in the See/Hear series: March 26, April 16 and May 14. Each event is free and takes place at noon at City Hall.
